I'm a licensed professional counselor and have been practicing for 10 years. I use evidenced based practices to address trauma, anxiety, depression/bipolar, addiction, and relationship challenges.
Most unhealthy coping behaviors were once survival skills. These skills were beneficial but now often interfere with joy and connection. There is relief in exploring outdated coping strategies and replacing with current strategies that facilitate authenticity, closeness, and peace.
My practice is via telehealth at this time.
